摘 要:建立了固相萃取、毛细柱气相色谱-质谱、内标标准曲线法使用选择离子(SIM)监测采集数据定量分析水中Ⅳ_甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)的分析方法。试验结果表明,当添加Ⅳ.甲基吡咯烷酮质量浓度为1-10mg/L时,待测试样中Ⅳ一甲基吡咯烷酮的回收率达82.5%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=5)小于5%,其最低检出限为0.05mg/L,方法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于水和废水中Ⅳ-甲基吡咯烷酮残留量的分析。A method for the determination of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP) in water and wastewater by solidphase extraction (SPE),capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and calibration curve method containing an internal correction standard has been established. The results show that when the mass concentration of NMP added is 1-10 mg/L, the recovery rate of NMP in the sample to be tested reaches 82.5%, the relative standard devia- tions (n=5) is lower than 5% ,and the lowest detection limits is 0.05 mg/L. The method is simple,rapid ,accurate and efficient, and has high sensitivity and good repeatability. It could be used in residue analysis of NMP in water and wastewater.
