摘　　要：继续医学教育的基本任务是对受到过高等教育的人员进行严格的临床工作基本训练、掌握有关专业的理论知识和基本的专业技能,促进医院可持续发展,针对实际培训工作中的存在问题,应用PDCA循环不断改进,提高继续教育培训效果。The basic task of Continuing Medical Education is trainning educated people to master the professional theoretical knowledge and basic skills, to promote sustainable development of the hospital. Applicated PDCA cycle in the practical training to improve the effect of continuing education training.
