论既有线增建二线方案研究——基于大准线增建二线

摘　　要：我国铁路建设在提高铁路运输能力方面将持续致力于改建既有线、增建第二线，这是一项投资少、见效快的重要措施，也是一个长期的任务。大准铁路是神华集团自营自管1万吨煤运重载铁路通道，目前运输能力已属超饱和状态，增建二线对其进行扩能改造是提高其运输能力的唯一措施，本文重点对此次增建第二线方案研究中遇到的问题进行分析探讨，以期为类似的铁路工程建设提供一点意见和建议。Our country will devote to rebuild the existing railways and build out 2nd railway which is a less investment and quicklier effect method to improve the ability of our railway transportation, of course it＇s a long term task. Dazhun Railway, serf-support and autogestion heavy haul railway can transport 10 thousand coal by Shenhua group, now is at the leave of more saturation, build out 2nd railway to improve the expanding？revamp is the only way to increase the railway＇s transport capacity. The focus of this article is to analyse the problems in this 2nd railway project research to provide comments and suggestions for similar railway project.
