摘　　要：缝合线是手术中应用最广泛,也是最基本的材料.医用缝线的新材料和革新设计的不断涌现,对手术进程和效果产生着积极的影响.文中对外科缝合线的发展历程、分类、用途及在普通外科的临床应用选择进行总结与阐述.Surgical sutures are the most wideiy used and basic materials, New suture materials and innovative designs are emerging continuously. They have positive impact upon surgical processes and outcomes. This review discusses the evolutions, classifications and uses of surgical sutures. And it also summarizes their clinical applications in general surgery.
