摘　　要：放线菌是一类呈菌丝状生长,主要以孢子繁殖,革兰氏染色为阳性的单细胞原核微生物,是细菌中的一种特殊类型。丰富多样的资源及重要的次级代谢产物使其与人类的生产和生活紧密联系起来。系统地阐述了放线菌资源的分布及其代谢产物药物学功能,讨论了目前放线菌开发领域存在的问题,并对其发展进行了展望。Actinomycetes is a kind of peculiar bacteria, growing through the hypha and breeding with spore which is gram positive staining. Actinomycetes have provided many important bioactive compounds of high commercial value, connecting people＇s living. This review summarizes the actinomycetes resources distribution and pharmaceutical application, outlines the problems that China＇s research of actinomycetes facing and prospects the promising future.
