摘  要:为了解决既有桥梁检测时拱圈线形测量的难题,提出了一种基于免棱镜全站仪自由设站测量拱圈线形的新方法,并给出了详细的操作步骤;推导了基于免棱镜全站仪的桥梁拱圈线形测量坐标的公式;根据误差传播定律,对X和Z轴向坐标进行精度分析;通过EXCEL编程实现自由设站测量坐标到桥梁轴线坐标转换,有利于计算横向和竖向变形量以及绘制桥梁立面图。将该方法用于甘肃榆中青城桥梁的拱圈轴向测量,其变形和百分表实测结果保持一致,满足桥梁检测精度要求,表明该方法是桥梁拱圈线形测量的一种好方法。In order to solve the problem of the linear measurement of arch ring when the existing bridge is inspected and tested,the article puts forward a new method to measure the arch ring linear based on a reflectorless total station,gives the detail operation steps,and deduces the formula of measurement coordinate of the arch ring linear of bridge based on a reflectorless total station.According to the law of error propagation,the accuracy of the X and Z axial coordinates are analyzed.It is helpful to calculate the lateral and vertical deformations and to draw the elevation of bridge by the EXCEL program to realize the transformation from the measurement coordinate of free-station to the axis coordinate of bridge.This method is used for the arch ring axial measurement of the bridges in Qingcheng Town,Yuzhong County of Gansu Province,and its deformation is consistent with the measured results of the dial indicator,which satisfies the requirement of bridge inspection testing accuracy.The result shows that the method is a good way to measure the arch ring linear of bridge.
