摘 要:介绍了所设计的电动轮驱动电动汽车动力系统测试试验台的结构原理及功能。该试验台利用CAN总线网络实现控制信息的交互,可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)实现整体控制,基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW实现了上位机的实时监控与显示界面。提出了1号电机转矩控制、2号电机转速跟随的控制策略,并通过双轮独立驱动模式直线行驶试验验证了控制策略的有效性,结果表明该试验台能够满足设计要求。This paper introduces the development of the test bench for power train system of electric-wheel driving EV. The structure principle and functions of the test bench are highlighted. The whole test bench uses CAN bus network to achieve the interaction of the control information, and uses programmable logic controller (PLC) for the integral control. The PC real-time monitoring and display interface is developed based on virtual apparatus LabVIEW. In the end, the control strategy for motor 1 torque control and motor 2 speed following has been proposed, which is validated by straight driving test with two-wheel independent driving mode, the results show that the test bench can fully meet the design requirements.
