摘  要:目的评估影像科环境耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)污染情况,为制定更为有效的预防措施、降低影像科MRSA医院感染提供理论依据。方法选取2012年3月进行影像科环境标本采集,标本主要来自于MRSA污染高风险区域,包括患者和仪器设备直接接触的区域、人员进出频繁区域、患者频繁接触区域;以无菌生理盐水拭子擦拭各物体表面共获得105份标本,并对标本进行MRSA培养和鉴定。结果 105份标本中有2份MRSA阳性,阳性率为1.9%,1份来自于MRI扫描孔表面,1份来自于CT检查床;针对该结果修订了科室环境和设备清洁程序,两周后再次取标本并进行处理,未再发现MRSA;至2013年医院影像科进行的两次环境筛查均未再分离出MRSA。结论影像科存在MRSA的环境污染,尤其是与患者直接接触的部位和MRI设备,严格执行清洁程序足以消灭成像设备和工作台面的MRSA污染。OBJECTIVE To assess the contamination of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) from environment of department of radiology to put forward effective prevention measures and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections caused by MRSA. METHODS The environmental specimens were collected from the department of radiology in Mar 2012. which were mainly from the high risk locations of MRSA infection. including the areas directly contacting to patients or instruments. frequent assessing area. and patients frequently contacting area; totally 105 specimens have been obtained by swiping the objects surfaces with aseptic normal saline. and the culture and identification of the MRSA strains were performed. RESULTS Of totally 105 specimens. 2 specimens were cultured positive for MRSA with the positive rate of 1. 9 %. including 1 specimens from surfaces of MRI scanning aperture and 1 specimens from beds for CT examination. In response to the findings. the cleaning procedures for the environment and equipments were revised. the specimens were collected and cultured after two weeks, and the MRSA strains have not been detected; the MRSA strains have not been isolated through twice environmental screening by 2013. CONCLUSION- There is environmental contamination of MRSA in the department of radiology, especially the parts directly contacting the patents or MRI equipments. Strict implementation of cleaning procedures can effectively eliminate the MRSA contamination of the surfaces of imaging equipments or working table boards.
