摘　　要：目的分析临时人工角膜下玻璃体切割围手术期的感染因素,更好地预防与控制该类手术后感染的发生。方法分析18例临时人工角膜下玻璃体切割手术患者临床资料,健全规章制度,加强手术人员培训,严格临时人工角膜及器械消毒管理制度,规范角膜保存及管理,强化手术人员的无菌观念及医院感染意识。结果通过各项防范措施,最大限度地预防及控制了临时人工角膜下玻璃体切割手术感染的发生,规范了该类手术围手术期感染控制流程,增强了手术人员无菌观念及医院感染意识,保证了手术安全,有效地防止了医院感染的发生。结论健全规章制度、加强人员培训、规范围手术期各种无菌操作、确保医院感染管理制度的落实,是有效预防及控制临时人工角膜下玻璃体切割手术后感染发生的关键。OBJECTIVE To analyze the risk factors for perioperative infections of vitrectomy under temporary keratoprosthesis so as to prevent postoperative infections of such surgery. METHODS The clinical data of 18 patients who underwent the vitrectomy under temporary keratoprosthesis were analyzed, then the rules and regulations were made sound, the training of surgical staff was strengthened, the disinfection of the temporary keratoprosthesis an~ instruments was strictly implemented, the preservation and management of cornea were made standardized, and the aseptic concept and awareness of infection control were intensified. RESULTS Through the prevention measures, the perioperative infections of vitrectomy under temporary keratoprosthesis have been controlled to the greatest extent, the procedure of control of the perioperative infections has been made standardized, the aseptic concept and awareness of infection control has been intensified, the safety of surgery has been ensured, and the nosocomial infections have been effective controlled. CONCLUSION It is the key to make the rules and regulations sound, strengthen the training of staff, standardize the aseptic operation, and ensure the implementation of infection control system so as to effectively control the postoperative infections of vitrectomy under temporary keratoprosthesis.
