摘 要:目的观察不同温度氯离子溶液对医疗器械锈蚀的影响作用,为正确使用和处理再生医疗器械提供可靠的科学依据。方法将符合试验要求的器械分别浸泡于15、20、25、30、35℃的0.1 125%氯化钠溶液中,再浸泡2、4、6、8h后,分别观察器械及溶液的变化;同时设纯水对照。结果氯离子会导致再生医疗器械发生锈蚀,且随着温度的升高和浸泡时间的延长,器械锈蚀程度逐渐加重;而浸泡于纯水中的器械在不同温度和时间均未出现锈蚀。结论正确使用和处理再生医疗器械可以减少器械发生锈蚀的概率。OBJECTIVE To observe the corrosive effect of chloride solutions at different temperatures on medical instruments to provide reliable and scientific foundation for correct use and management of regenerated medical instruments. METHODS The suitable medical instruments were immersed in 0. 1 125% sodium chloride solution at different temperatures (15 ℃, 20℃, 25℃, 30℃ and 35 ℃). The changes in the instrument and the solution were observed after immersion for 2 h. 4 h. 6 hand 8 h. Pure water was taken as control under equal conditions. RESULTS Chloride led to corrosion of regenerated medical instruments and the degree of corrosion was increased with the increase of temperature and the extension of immersion time, In contrast. instruments had no corrosion in pure water at different temperatures and time points. CONCLUSION Correct use and management can reduce the corrosion rate of regenerated medical instruments.
