取石网篮两种低温灭菌方法的应用与效果比较

摘  要:目的比较取石网篮两组低温灭菌方法,为取石网篮选择安全有效、方便实用的灭菌方法,以满足临床的需求。方法对清洗消毒后的取石网篮采用两组低温灭菌方法,A组为2%戊二醛溶液浸泡灭菌法,B组为环氧乙烷灭菌法,并对两组灭菌方法进行比较。结果两组灭菌方法灭菌合格率均为100.00%;2%戊二醛溶液浸泡灭菌时间10h,保存期为4h;环氧乙烷低温灭菌法:灭菌时间20h,保存期3~6个月;两组灭菌方法引起器械的耗损率分别为11.67%、1.67%。结论取石网篮使用环氧乙烷低温灭菌,对取石网篮损害小、避免了内镜室人员不良反应的发生,并且环氧乙烷低温灭菌,采用单独包装、使用方便、避免污染、满足临床需求。OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of two low-temperature sterilization methods on of stone extraction baskets to choose an effective. safe and convenient sterilization method and meet the clinical demand. METHODS Two low-temperature sterilization methods were adopted after the cleaning and disinfection of stone extraction baskets. the group A was treated with 2 % glutaraldehyde solution soaking. the group B was treated with ethylene oxide sterilization method. and the effects of the two sterilization methods were compared. RESULTS The qualified rates of both of the sterilization methods were 100.00 %. The sterilization time of the 2 % glutaraldehyde solution soaking method was 10 hours. with the retention period of 4 hours. while the sterilization time of the ethylene oxide sterilization method was 20 hours. with the retention period ranging from 3 to 6 months. The rate of instruments' consumption was 11. 67% by the 2% glutaraldehyde solution soaking method. 1. 67% by the ethylene oxide sterilization method. CONCLUSION The use of the ethylene oxide sterilization method may cause less damage to the stone extraction baskets and avoid the adverse reactions to endoscopy. The ethylene oxide sterilization method. characterized by individual packaging. simple operation. and prevention of contamination. can meat the clinical demand.
