手术室岗前培训对实习医生外科手消毒效果评价

摘　　要：目的通过手术室岗前培训,了解实习医生外科手消毒的效果及相关知识知晓率,提高手消毒合格率。方法将2011年104名实习医生随机分为观察组54名和对照组50名,观察组实习医生在进入手术科室实习之前,由手术室培训小组对其进行外科手消毒规范化培训并考核;对照组未经过培训直接进入手术室;医院感染科专职人员与手术室培训小组成员一起对两组实习医生进行随机检查,并进行手表面细菌数监测及相关知识提问。结果观察组实习医生对外科手消毒的范围和所需时间知晓率均为96.3%,对照组实习医生知晓率分别只有74.0%和78.0%;观察组外科手消毒操作标准正确率明显高于对照组;观察组手细菌培养合格率达100.0%,对照组只有84.0%;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习医生外科手消毒岗前规范化培训及考核,可有效提高外科手消毒合格率,认识手消毒对预防医院感染的重要性,提高实习医生对外科手消毒规范操作的依从性。OBJECTIVE Through the pre-service in operating room training, to evalnate the effect of surgical interns hand disinfectionand related knowledge to improve the qualified rate of hand disinfection. METHODS 104 interns in 2011 were randomly divided into intervention group 54, and control group 50. Intervention group received standardized training for surgical hand disinfection and assessment before entering the operating room, control group received no training. Hospital Infection Division full-time staff and members of operating room checked the both groups randomly and monitored the bacteria on their hands as well as asked some related questions. RESULTS The awareness rate of the scope and the time required for surgical hand disinfection in intervention were both 96.3%, while the awareness rates in control group is 74. 0% and 78. 0%, respectively. The handy bacteria cultured passing rate in intervention group was 100. 0 %, while 84.0 % in control group, and thedifferences were statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Interns surgical hand disinfection pre-service standardized training can effectively improve the passing rate of surgical hand disinfection, make the interns recognizing the importance of hand disinfection to the prevention of hospital infections and improve compliance of standardize surgical hand disinfection among interns.
