牵引联合温热式低周波治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察电脑控制间歇牵引联合温热式低周波治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将200例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组给予电脑控制间歇牵引合温热式低周波治疗,对照组单纯给予电脑控制间歇牵引治疗。每日1次,12次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组治愈81例,好转17例,总有效率98%;对照组治愈43例,好转42例,总有效率85%。治疗组治愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温热式低周波治疗与电脑控制间歇牵引具有协同作用,可明显提高牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。Objective To observe the computer control intermittent traction with warm type of low-frequency therapy the clinical curative effect of lumbar disc prolapse. Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group given computer control intermittent traction warm type low frequency treatment, control group simply given computer control intermittent traction. 1 times per day, 12 times for a period of treatment, the curative effect after 2 courses of statistics. Results Treatment group cure 81 cases, 17 cases were improved, the total effective rate was 98% ; Control group cure 43 cases, improvement in 42 cases, total effective rate was 85%. The healing rate and total effective rate of treatment group were obviously superior to the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The warm type of low-frequency therapy with computer control intermittent traction with synergy, can obviously improve the traction treatment clinical curative effect of lumbar disc prolapse.
