摘 要:从实用角度考察了钛酸钾晶须用于增强尼龙 6 6时晶须的偶联处理、造粒等对复合体系性能的影响。研究表明 ,硅烷偶联剂KH5 6 0对钛酸钾晶须 -尼龙 6 6体系偶联效果较好 ,最佳偶联剂用量为晶须的 0 .8%~ 1.0 % (质量分数 ) ,相当于偶联剂在晶须表面以 4分子层覆盖。湿法偶联效果较干法与迁移法好 ,但过程较繁 ,适宜于在晶须造粒时同时完成湿法偶联。造粒晶须对尼龙 6 6的增强效果优于非造粒晶须 ,且加工中易于操作 ,避免了晶须使用时的粉尘飞扬。The effects of coupling and pelleting of potassium titanate whiskers on the properties of the whisker reinforced nylon 66 were studied . It was found that the silane coupling content KH560 is relatively better for the composites. The optimal content of coupling agent is 0.8%~1.0% of whiskers, which corresponds to a four-layer molecular coverage on the surface of whiskers. The wet coupling method is better but more troublesome than the dry method and transfering method, and it can be conveniently carried out during the pelleting of whiskers. And after the whiskers were treated by the wet coupling method and granulated with extrusion,the reinforced effects and the processibility of the whiskers were improved.
