摘　　要：建立符合农村残疾人就业需求的社会支持服务体系是改善该人群就业状况的有效途径。对武汉城市圈内13县市区的调查显示,当前,需求与支持的断裂是该区域内农村残疾人就业困境的集中表现。而城乡二元结构、社会保障制度的分割与无序、"场域"与"惯习"的互构等三方面的"结构性张力"是其困境的主要成因。根据社会工作"人在情境中"的观点,建构武汉城市圈农村残疾人就业社会支持服务体系,应从保障提升残疾人就业能力,建立服务平台、整合各种就业资源,改善就业环境三个方面建立相关对策。It is an effective way to establish a social support service system to meet the needs of employ- ment for the rural disabled. According to the investigation on 13 districts within Wuhan urban circle, fragmentation between demand and support is the prominent feature of the current employment pre- dicament about the rural disabled in these regions. The main cause might be the ＂structural tension＂ which is represented in the following three aspects： the two structures in urban and rural areas, the segmentation and disorder of the social security system and also the mutual construction of ＂field＂ and ＂habit＂. From the perspective of ＂person in environment＂ in social work profession, it is required to put forward relevant measures from three aspects： promoting the employment ability of the rural disa- bled, establishing the service platform, integrating various resources, and improving the environment employment so as to create social support service system of employment for the rural disabled within Wuhan urban circle,.
