摘　　要：农村饮水安全工程的建设模式与运行需求相关,凌源市在农村饮水安全工程建设中,统筹全市进行综合剖析和归类,根据各地区自然状况与人文环境,首先确定管理需求,总结出若干个适合当地特点的管理模式全面推广,并在此基础上进行工程设计和建设,再反过来指导农村饮水安全工程的管理,提出了一套适合各地农村特点的运行管理方法,形成基于收费原则基础上群众能够接受且可控的有限多元化农村饮水安全建设与管理机制,收到了良好的成效。The construction of rural drinking water safety project model is related to operational requirements;during the safe drinking water project construction in rural areas of Lingyuan City ,the comprehensive analysis and classification was carried on in the City after coordinating,according to the region’s natural conditions and human environment,first determine management needs,summed several characteristics of the management model for the local comprehensive marketing,and engineering design and construction,then,in turn guide the management of rural drinking water safety projects ,operation and management methods proposed for the rural characteristics of a country,based on the formation of the charging principles.Based on the masses to accept a limited and controlled diversification of rural drinking water safety in the construction and management mech-anism,it achieved good results.
