摘 要:长期以来国内广泛应用浅孔留矿法回采急倾斜极薄难采矿体,其有着采区结构、回采工艺、装备配置较为简单,矿石能自溜运输,出矿量和品位易于调节,采矿成本低等优点,但随之而来的采矿工效低,贫化率高,作业安全条件差等缺点是亟待改进的问题。针对某铅锌银矿采用浅孔留矿法回采倾斜极薄矿脉的工程实践情况,进行了小分段分采空场法回采的应用研究。通过采场内沿脉倾向划分小分段,多分段同时作业,保证了生产能力,大大降低了矿石贫化损失率,取得了较好的效果,具有一定借鉴意义。The shallow hole shrinkage method has the advantages of the structure of mining area, re- covery process and equipment configuration are relatively simple, the ore can be conducted gravity haul- age, the ore tonnage and grade can be adjusted easily, the cost is low, therefore, it is widely used to deal with the steeply inclined thin veins. However, disadvantages of the shallow hole shrinkage method such as low efficiency of mining, high dilution rate, poor operation safety conditions should be improved in time. The shallow hole shrinkage method is adopted to deal with the inclined thin veins in a lead and zinc silver mine,according to this practice engineering situation, research on the application of the small sublevel open stope method is done. The production capacity is ensured and loss rate of ore dilution is reduced by mining in many sublevels that are divided in line along the vein angle. Effect of the application results is good and provide some reference for the relative engineering practice.
