摘　　要：目的 :观察中药对舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者的疗效。方法 :将160例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例和对照组80例。对照组予以现代西医标准化药物治疗,包括β受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)或合并利尿剂常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上根据中医药理论加用益气养阴活血中药汤剂口服。观察两组患者治疗前后E/A比值和6 min步行试验的变化。结果 :经过治疗后,治疗组E/A比值水平较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后6 min步行试验行走距离较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :中药能升高舒张性心力衰竭患者E/A比值,明显改善6 min步行试验行走距离。Objective ： To observe the impacts of traditional Chinese medicine on 6 rain walking test and E/A ratio in the patients with diastolic heart failure （ DHF ）. Methods ： One hundred and sixty cases of DHF were randomized into two groups, 80 cases in a treatment group and 80 cases in a control group. In the control group, the standardized medication of modern Western medicine was applied, including beta blockers, calcium antagonists, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor （ ACEI ） or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist （ ARB ）, combined with the conventional treatment with diuretics. In the treatment group, on the basis of the treatment in the control group, the Chinese herbal decoction was added for oral administration. The changes in 6 rain walking test and E/A ratio were observed before and after treatment for the patients in the two groups. Results ： After treatment, E/A ratio levels were higher than that of the control group, presenting the statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. In the treatment group after treatment, the walking distance of 6 min walking test was apparently improved as compared with that before treatment, and the clinical efficacy was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion ： Chinese herbal medicine can increase E/A ratio and apparently improve the walking distance in 6 rain walking test for the patients of DHF.
