中医补阳法在治疗甲减中应用

摘　　要：甲状腺功能减退症是由多种原因引起甲状腺激素合成、分泌或生物效应不足所致的一组内分泌疾病。甲状腺激素的长期替代是西医治疗本病的主要方法,但疗程长,药物维持量大,副作用大。补阳法为中医药治疗本病的基本方法,临床上温肾助阳、补脾益肾、温补心肾等补阳法取得了较好的效果。Hypothyroidism is a group of endocrine diseases caused by a variety of reasons. It expresses a lack of synthesis or secretion of thyroid hormone or poor biological effects. Long-term thyroid hormone replacement is the main method of Western medicine, but the treatment course is long and the drug dose is large and has side effects. The therapy of reinforcing yang is the basic method of Chinese medicine. We can achieve good results by warming kidney yang, reinforcing spleen and nourishing kidney, warming and reinforcing heart and kidney and so on.
