摘　　要：目的 :脑卒中患者平衡功能康复评定的方法与进展研究。方法 :采用收集文献、临床总结及相关科系协同探讨的方式进行归纳总结。结果 :平衡功能的评定方法主要有观察法、量表法、平衡仪测试法及三维运动分析系统的方法。结论 :不同的评定方式有着其自身的应用价值,目前没有一种方式可以完全替代另一种,只有更好的选择与应用不同的评定方式,才能更加准确的评估及指导治疗。Objective： To research the balance function in patients with stroke rehabilitation assessment methods and progress. Methods： By collecting documents, we summarized clinical and related departments together to discuss the way for generalizations. Result： Balance function of the evaluation methods mainly included observation method, questionnaire method, the balancing instrument testing method and the method of 3 d motion analysis system. Conclusion ： Different evaluation method has its own application value. There is no way to completely replace another, only better selection and application of the different ways of evaluation to make more accurate assessment and ~uide the treatment.
