腰椎骨关节病中医药治疗研究综述

摘　　要：腰椎骨关节病是一种发生在腰椎的常见的退行性疾病,多发生在中老年人群中,随着社会老龄化而增加,急性发作时严重影响人们的工作和生活。对该病的治疗,祖国医学治疗方法历史悠久,内容丰富,取得了显著的疗效。现对近年来的中药内服、外治、针灸理疗、推拿、小针刀、穴位注射及运动锻炼等治疗研究作一综述。Lumbar osteoarthritis is a common degenerative disease which occurs in the lumbar vertebras among the older adults, and the incidence of this disease increases with an aging society. When the disease has an acute onset, it seriously affects people＇s work and life. For the treatment of the disease, the therapeutic method of traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and rich content, which has obtained remarkable curative effect. Now we would like to make a review on the recent treatment studies of oral Chinese medicine, external treatment, acupuncture moxibustion physiotherapy, massage, needle knife, acupoint injection, exercise therapy and so on.
