摘 要:为了研究制冷剂丙烷(R290)热物理性质对全封闭滚动活塞压缩机内部热物理过程及热力损失分布的影响,在高效工况下,分别利用制冷剂R22和R290对全封闭滚动活塞压缩机进行了内部动态压力测量和性能实验,并提出了一种分析滚动活塞压缩机指示图的新方法。所提方法将余隙容积内高压气体再膨胀损失分为余隙容积气体的充压损失和余隙容积气体的回流损失,从而将指示图分为7个部分。结果表明:R290替代R22后,制冷量、指示功率与输入电功率均有所下降,容积效率略有下降,指示效率和性能系数略有上升,压缩与排气过程中未出现高频压力脉动;排气压力损失有所下降,吸气和压缩过程热损失增加,二者的余隙容积损失接近。该结果可为研究R290房间空调器及压缩机提供参考。The measurement of the internal dynamic pressure and performance test of a hermetic rolling piston compressor with R22 and R290 as refrigerant respectively were conducted under the high efficiency condition to investigate the on the internal thermodynamic process and effects of thermophysical properties of propane (R290) thermodynamic loss distribution of the compressor. A new method to analyze the indicated diagram of a rolling piston compressor was proposed. The re-expansion loss of high pressure gas in clearance volume is divided into the supercharging loss and the backflow loss, and thus the indicated diagram can be divided into seven parts by the method. The test results show that with R290 as the substitute of R22, the cooling capacity, indicated power and input electric power decrease, and the volumetric efficiency drops slightly. The indicated efficiency and COP rise slightly, and the high frequency pressure fluctuation during the compression and discharge processes does not exist. In addition, the discharge pressure loss decreases, and the heat losses in the suction and compression processes increase and the clearance loss is almost the same.
