摘 要:以石蜡基的苏丹达尔原油和环烷基的绥中36-1原油为原料,在固定流化床装置上进行了催化裂化实验,考察了反应温度、剂油比和重时空速对重油转化率和汽柴油产率的影响。结果表明,虽然基属不同,两种高酸原油催化裂化脱酸率都在99%以上,但是重油转化率和产物分布有明显区别。达尔原油裂化性能好,转化率高,但柴油产率较低,焦炭产率太高;绥中原油裂化性能差,重油转化率只有72.78%,但柴油收率较高。反应条件对两种高酸原油催化裂化的影响差别较大,反应温度和剂油比的改变对石蜡基的达尔原油影响较大,而重时空速对环烷基的绥中原油影响较大。Two kinds of high TAN crude, Dar crude of paraffin base and Suizhong crude of naphthene base, were used as feeds. Catalytic cracking experiments of these two kinds of high TAN crude were carried out in a fixed fluidized bed reactor. Effects of reaction temperature, catalyst to oil ratio, and weight hourly space velocity on heavy oil conversion and yields of gasoline and diesel oil were investigated. The results show that catalytic deacidification rates of Dar crude and Suizhong crude are more than 99%,which can indicate that the base of crude doesn’t affect the catalytic deacidification. However, conversion and product distribution have significant difference between these two crudes. Conversion of Dar crude is higher, but diesel yield is lower than that of Suizhong crude. And the conversion of Suizhong crude is only 72.78%. Reaction temperature and catalyst to oil ratio have great influence on catalytic cracking of Dar crude, and weight hourly space velocity has great influence on catalytic cracking of Suizhong crude.
