中国农业区域专业化发展研究——基于四川农业区域专业化调查分析

摘　　要：通过对四川省平原、丘陵、山区农业区域专业化的个案调查,具体分析出四川省农业区域化发展过程中存在的难以形成规模化经济、难以形成品牌优势、农业服务体系不健全、同质化严重、农民增收形式单一五方面问题及解决经验,据此提出促进土地流转、提高农业商品经济管理水平、健全农业服务体系、加强农业区域产业化分工及利用区域优势以主导产业为龙头增收等可行性对策,以期以点带面、点面结合,共同构建新型现代、综合、专业化程度高的农业发展体系。The author investigates individual cases of agricultural area specialization in plain, hill and mountainous areas in Sichuan province. The author finds that there are several problems in the development of agricultural area spe- cialization in Sichuan province, including lack of economy of scale and famous brands, incomplete agricultural service system, competition of similar products and few ways to increase the farmers＇income. In response to these problems, the author puts forward the following feasible measures： promoting land transfer, improving the management of agricultural products, improving agricultural service system, promoting the industrial division of different areas and raising the farmers ＂income by focusing on developing the leading industry with district advantages. The author hopes that these measures will help build a modem, comprehensive and highly specialized agricultural system.
