大学生心理弱势群体思政工作保障机制初探

摘　　要：随着市场经济背景下社会竞争的加剧及校内外复杂状况的出现,大学生心理弱势群体随之出现并形成,如何做好这个群体的思想政治工作关系到高校的稳定和可持续发展,成为学界研究的一个重点课题。对大学生心理弱势群体存在的问题和原因进行了论述,并从创新理念、完善制度,建立高质的教师队伍,增加经费投入,加强对相关教师的心理培训等四个方面探讨了如何建立大学生心理弱势群体思想政治工作的保障机制。Under intensified social competition in the market economy and complex conditions in and out of universi- ties, there are a number of psychologically vulnerable university students. Care for the psychologically vulnerable group affects the stability and sustainable development of universities and is an important topic of academic research. In this ar- ticle, the author discusses the problems and reasons of the students＇psychological vulnerability. The author believes that in order to build ideological and political protection mechanism for the psychologically vulnerable students, universities should adopt new ideas, improve systems, build quality teachers team, increase input and strengthen psychological train- ing of teachers.
