摘　　要：探讨了道夫产生短绒的原因。通过案例分析的方法,从道夫速度、道夫针布锋利度、道夫针布型号及设备和工部件的选配四个方面论述了道夫产生短绒的原因,并给出了减少道夫短绒产生的相应技术措施。Reasons for doffer in a card to produce short fibers were analyzed .By the method of case analysis , the reasons of doffer producing short fibers were stated from following aspects , namely, doffer speed, sharpness of doffer clothing , doffer clothing type , equipment and technology .Furthermore, measures to reduce short fibers pro-duced by doffer are introduced .
