摘　　要：以水或乙醇作为反应介质,不使用相转移催化剂,通过β-萘酚与溴代硝基烯烃的Michael-FriedelCrafts/alkylation串联反应,高效、温和地合成了一系列1,2-二氢萘并呋喃衍生物;考察了不同溶剂及催化剂对反应的影响;通过核磁共振和单晶X-射线衍射等方法对目标化合物进行了结构确认及表征.An efficient and mild method for the synthesis of 1,2-dihydronaphtho[ 2,1-b ] furans was presented with ethanol or water as agent by domino Miehael-Friedel-Crafts/alkylation reaction of β-naphthols with α-bro- monitroalkenes without phase transfer catalyst. The effects of different solvents and catalysts on the reaction were studied. The compounds were characterized by NMR and single crystal diffraction technique.
