摘  要:目的探索开放性骨折无创口感染患者支架外固定术后负压封闭引流(VSD)水封瓶最佳的更换时间。方法对120例无创口感染的开放性骨折行支架外固定术VSD患者,使用随机数字表分为A、B、C三组各40例,A组每天更换水封瓶1次,B组每3天更换1次,C组每周更换1次。追踪监测水封瓶内引流液、创口分泌物细菌培养结果。结果 VSD留置期间三组创口分泌物、引流瓶内细菌培养阳性率,引流期间堵管、管道破损发生率,体温变化比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论在严格无菌操作下,对于无创口感染的开放性骨折患者支架外固定术VSD水封瓶每周更换1次不会增加创口感染、引流管堵管、破损的发生率。Objective To explore the frequency of changing a vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) bottle for patients who received external fixation of open fractures which were free from infection. Methods Totally, 120 non infected patients who received a combination therapy of external fixation for open fractures and VSD were randomized into 3 groups,with 40 cases in each group. The VSD bot- tles were changed once every day (group A) , every 3 days(group B), or every week(group C). The drainage fluid in the bottles , and the secretion of the wounds were harvested regularly for bacterial culture. Results The rates of positive results of the drainage fluid and the secretion cultures, the rates of tube blocking, and tube damage, and the temperature levels during the draining period, had no significant differences among the 3 groups (P〉0.05 for all). Conclusion For patients who received a combination therapy of external fixation for open fractures and VSD, and presented no infection in their wounds, changing a VSD bottle once every week with aseptic technique would not increase the rates of wound infection, tube blocking, or tube damage.
