低温碘伏治疗手术体位致压疮效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨低温(4℃)碘伏对手术体位所致的压疮的治疗效果。方法将47例手术体位所致的压疮患者随机分为观察组(25例)和对照组(22例),对照组采用常温碘伏纱布湿敷1h,观察组采用4℃碘伏纱布湿敷1h,每20分钟更换碘伏纱布1次,共3次,1h后两组均移去碘伏纱布。结果观察组术后12h、24h压疮治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 4℃碘伏湿敷对手术体位所致的压疮效果确切。Objective To explore the effect of low temperature （4℃） iodophor on healing of operating room acquired pressure ulcers. Methods Totally, 47 developing pressure ulcers during an operation were randomized into an observation group of 25, who received wet wrapping therapy at the ulcer sites with a piece of gauze saturated with 4℃ iodophor for 1 h, and a control group of 22, who also received wet wrapping therapy with a piece of gauze saturated with room-temperature iodophor for 1 h. The gauze was changed every 20 min, and 3 times. Results The treatment effect at the 12th, 24th post-operative hours in the observation group were sig- nificantly better than in the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Use of 4℃ iodophor saturated gauze at the ulcer sites boosts healing of operating room acquired pressure ulcers.
