标本送检系统在检验标本管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的提高检验标本采集、登记、送检的有效性和正确率。方法在医院信息系统中开发标本送检系统,有护士登记标本、送检工作、检验核收标本、病区标本登记本4个模块。前3个模块分别由护士、送检工人、检验科工作人员操作,最后1个模块为护士、送检、检验三方共享。结果使用标本送检系统后,护士标本漏采集率、标本送检遗忘率、每个时段送检工人收集标本所需时间显著低于和短于使用前(均P<0.01)。结论标本信息化管理提高了检验标本采集、登记、送检的有效性和正确率。Objective To improve the efficiency and accuracy of specimen collection, registration, and transportation. Methods A specimen collection and transport system was developed and integrated into the Hospital Information System. The specimen collec- tion and transport system consisted of such 4 modules as nurse registration, transportation, check-in, and ward registration. The first 3 modules were accessed by nurses, deliver workers, and lab workers alone, while the last module was accessed by all the per- sonnel involved. Results After using the specimen collection and transport system, the rate of nurses＇missing a sample collection, rate of deliver workersmissing a sample transport were significantly lower and the time for the deliver workers to transport a speci- men at different stages was significantly shorted than before （P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion Informationization of specimens im- proves efficiency and accuracy of specimen collection, registration, and transportation.
