摘　　要：结合工程实际,从转变建设理念、创新设计思维、推广使用新材料和新技术、强化施工控制和环保监管等方面介绍了江西省建设环保生态高速公路的做法,提出"理念是先导,设计是灵魂,施工是关键,管理是保障"的经验。Combining with practical projects, the paper introduces Jiangxi Province＇ practice of construct- ing environmental-protection ecology expressway in terms of changing construction idea, innovating de- sign concept, generalizing new material and technology, strengthening construction control and environ- mental protection supervision, as well as proposes the valuable experience that ＂idea is the precondition, design is the soul, construction is the key, management is the guarantee＂
