摘 要:目的了解气象行业职工职业倦怠现状及影响因素,为制订预防、控制职业倦怠对策提供依据。方法采用一般情况调查表、职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS),对气象行业的728名职工进行问卷调查。结果 728名职工中有轻度职业倦怠416人,占57.1%;中度职业倦怠179人,占24.6%;重度职业倦怠56人,占7.7%。多因素回归分析显示,职业倦怠主要与工龄、职称、神经衰弱、锻炼次数等4个因子有关。结论气象行业员工职业倦怠处于中度水平,影响因素多元化,是一个不容忽视的职业卫生问题。Objective To investigate the status quo and influence factors of job burnout of staff in meteorological industry, so as to provide the basis for formulating prevention and control countermeasures for job burnout. Methods General condition scale and MBI-GS (Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey) were used to investigate 728 employees of meteorological industry.Results Among all the above-mentioned employees,416 had mild job burnout,ac counting for 57.1 % ; 179 had moderate job burnout, accounting for 24.6 % ; 56 had severe job burnout, accounting for 7.7%.Multi-factor regression analysis showed that job burnout were mainly related to the length of service, professional titles, neurasthenia and exercise frequency. Conclusion Employees in meteorological industry have moderate level of job burnout, which is affected by diversified factors and is an occupational health problem that should not be ignored.
