“对口支援”与西南科技大学发展经验探析——以2001-2011年的数据为例

摘　　要：通过对中国科学技术大学——西南科技大学2001-2011年对口支援成效分析,认为只有提高思想认识,健全考核评价机制,形成有利于高校双赢的对口支援长效机制,才能更好地促进受援高校的可持续发展。Through the analysis of counterpart support results from University of Science and Technology of China to Southwest University of Science and Technology from 2001 to 2011, this paper concludes that a win - win long - term counterpart support mechanism in universities can be established, so long as we improve the ideological understanding and evaluation mechanism. And this is due to promote the sustainable development of the recipient university.
