摘　　要：目的探讨在骨髓活检石蜡连片上同时进行多种不同抗体的免疫组化染色法。方法骨髓活检组织经脱钙后常规脱水、浸蜡、包埋、3μm切片,并将裱在同一张玻片上的骨髓活检组织石蜡连片采用免疫组化PV-9000法进行多种不同抗体的标记,组织封边用纸吸水法。结果标记组织之间界限清楚,阳性定位准确。结论在一张玻片上裱多张石蜡切片同时进行不同抗体标记,其方法简单、快捷、经济。Objective To develop an immunohistochemical staining method for paraffin continuous sections of bone marrow biopsy samples with a variety of different antibodies at the same time. Methods Continues 3 μm paraffin sections of bone marrow biopsy samples after undergone conventional dehydration, paraffin and embed were mounted on one glass slice. Immunohistoehemical staining was carried out with the PV-9000 method by using a variety of different antibodies and sealing was performed with the paper absorption. Results The marker boundaries among different antibodies were clear and positive positioning was accurate. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and economy.
