国内外航空公司经营效绩的灰色综合评价

摘　　要：本文运用AHP和灰色综合评价相结合的方法对国内四大航空公司和世界著名的十家航空公司的经营效绩进行了综合评价,通过评价得出国内四大航空公司经营效绩与国外优秀航空公司相比相对落后,其中国内四大航空公司的偿债能力表现最差,这应当企业管理层和其他利益相关者的高度重视,采取有效措施,改善公司经营状况。This paper adopts the method combining AHP and gray comprehensive evaluation to evalu- ate the operation performance of four largest domestic airlines and ten airlines that are famous around the world. Through the evaluation, it can be concluded that, compared with the excellent foreign airlines, the operation performance of the four largest domestic airlines is comparatively lagged behind. Among all the evaluated items, the repayment capability of the four largest domestic airlines is the worst which will draw great attention of the enterprise leadership and other stakeholders. And meanwhile, effective meas- ures will be taken to improve the company＇s operation status.
