分腿式平卧位减轻婴儿头皮静脉穿刺时疼痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分腿式平卧位减轻婴儿头皮静脉穿刺疼痛的效果。方法选择292例在门诊行头皮静脉穿刺输液的婴儿,单日输液者为观察组,采用分腿式平卧位行头皮静脉穿刺;双日输液者为对照组,采用传统平卧位,分别于每次操作完毕后由专人进行疼痛评分。结果行头皮静脉穿刺时,观察组疼痛评分较低,1次穿刺成功率较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用分腿式平卧位能缓解婴儿头皮静脉穿刺时疼痛,提高1次穿刺成功率。Objective To explore the effect of straddle-type supine position on relieving pain of infant scalp vein puncture. Methods Totally 292 infants in the outpatient with scalp vein infusion for more than 2 days were divided into observation group and control group. Scalp vein puncture with straddle-type supine position was applied in observation group while traditional horizontal position was applied in control group. The Face, Legs, Activity, Cry, Consolability （FLACC） scale was used for pain evaluation. Results With higher success rate of first puncture, the pain score in observation group was lower than that in observation group, which showed statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Straddle-type supine position is effective for alleviating pain in infant scalp vein puncture and improving the success rate of first puncture.
