正常妊娠妇女孕4～7周孕囊大小、血β-hCG水平与孕龄的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨正常妊娠妇女孕4～7周孕囊大小、血β-hCG水平与孕龄的关系，以为异常妊娠的诊断提供依据。方法选取2011年7月-2012年7月于该院进行检查的587例孕4—7周的正常妊娠孕妇为研究对象，将587例孕妇分别进行阴道超声及血β-hCG检测，然后将检测结果与孕龄的关系进行分析。结果587例孕妇的检测结果显示，随着孕龄的增长，孕囊直径及血β-hCG直线升高，孕囊大小、血β-hCG水平与孕龄呈正相关（p〈0．001）。结论正常妊娠妇女孕4～7周孕囊大小、血β-hCG水平与孕龄的关系密切，随着孕龄的增长，孕囊大小及血vhCG水平均持续升高。Objective To study the relationship between the pregnancy sac size,blood β-hCG level and gestational age of normal women with 4 to 7 gestational weeks,in order to provide an reference for the diagnosis of abnormal pregnancy. Methods 587 normal pregnant women with 4 to 7 gestational weeks underwent examination in our hospital from July, 2011 to July, 2012 were selected as the research object. And they were respectively detected with transvaginal ultrasound and blood β-hCG. Then the correlation between the detection results and gestational age was analyzed. Results The detection results of 587 pregnant women showed that the gestational sac diameter and blood β-hCG showed linear increase with the increase of gestational age ,pregnancy sac size, blood β-hCG level and gestational age showed positive correlation （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The relationship between the pregnancy sac size,blood β-hCG level and gestational age of normal women with 4 to 7 gestational weeks is close, the pregnancy sac size and blood β-hCG level are increasing with the increase of gestational age.
