经内踝截骨入路加压空心螺钉固定手术治疗距骨颈骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究对于距骨颈骨折的患者,运用经内踝截骨入路加压空心螺钉固定治疗此疾病的临床疗效和价值。方法选取近2年在该院接受治疗的50例距骨颈骨折的患者,将其平均分为两组,平均每组25例。对照组采取传统治疗方式,实验组采取经内踝截骨入路加压空心螺钉固定的治疗方式。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者经不同的治疗方式治疗后,实验组患者的不良反应发生率(4.00%)明显低于对照组患者的不良反应发生率(32.00%),实验组患者经手术内固定方式治疗后,患者的手术时间(75.47±3.56)min、伤口愈合时间(8.94±3.07)周明显低于对照组患者的手术时间(105.46±4.38)min、伤口愈合时间(15.35±5.35)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于距骨颈骨折的患者来说,运用经内踝截骨入路加压空心螺钉固定的手术方式治疗效果明显,创伤小,且固定效果较好、不良反应少,值得广泛推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and value of malleolus osteotomy cannulated ,screw fixation in the treatment of talus neck fracture. Methods 50 cases with talus neck fracture admitted in our hospital in recent two years were selected and e- qually divided into two groups with 25 cases in each. The control group adopted traditional mode of treatment, the experimental group adopted the treatment of malleolus osteotomy cannulated screw fixation. The clinical effect was observed and compared be- tween the two groups. Results After the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions of the patients in the experimental group was 4.00%, significantly lower than 32.00% of the patients in the control group. The operation time of the experimental group was （75.47±3.56） minutes, wound healing time was （8.94 ±3.07） weeks, obviously shorter than （105.46±4.38） minutes and（15.35±5.35） weeks of the control group, respectively, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with talus neck fracture, the treatment effect of malleolus osteotomy cannulated screw fixation is better with smaller trauma, better fixed ef- fect, less adverse reactions, which is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
