摘 要:降低高炉炼铁过程CO2的排放量是冶金工作者长期的努力方向。通过物料平衡与热平衡计算,得出焦炭中灰分含量与焦比、高炉碳排放量的定量关系,并计算了焦炭灰分从7.06%变化到13.06%时,焦比和碳排放量的变化。结果显示,高炉焦比和碳排放量随焦炭灰分含量的增加而上升,对高炉运行影响也很大。因此,操作中需要严格控制焦炭灰分含量。It is the direction of metallurgists' long-term efforts to reduce the CO2 emissions for blast furnace iron- making. In the paper, relationships between coke ash content and coke ratio, carbon emissions of blast furnace have been obtained based on the calculation of material balance and heat balance. And then, the change of coke ratio and carbon emissions have been calculated when the ash content varies from 7.06% to 13.06%. The results show that the coke ratio and carbon emissions rise sharply with the increase of coke ash content. Therefore, coke ash content must be strictly controlled in operation.
