超高压操作在菜钢1080m^3高炉的生产实践

摘　　要：主要分析了高炉实施高顶压操作的作用和意义，以及可能引发的故障及处理办法，并记录了莱钢5号1080m^3高炉超高压操作实践过程。自2013年4月份，莱钢5号1080m^3高炉逐步提高顶压，最高提至200kPa，高炉炉况顺行、产量提高、质量改善，成本也得到有效降低。This paper analyzes the effect and significance of implementing high top pressure operation on blast furnace, as well as possible malfunctions and treating methods. The Ultra-high top pressure operation process has been recorded on No.5 1 080 m3 blast furnace of Laiwu Steel. No.5 1 080 m3 blast furnace has gradually increased top pressure to the maximum 200 kPa since April 2013. Practice indicates that blast furnace runs smoothly and it has improved effectively production, quality and cost reducing.
