摘 要:目的探讨游泳运动干预对冠状动脉粥样硬化(CAS)老年大鼠的影响。方法选取12月龄健康SD大鼠84只,随机分为正常对照组、CAS模型组和游泳干预组,各28只。通过喂饲高胆固醇饲料,建立CAS动物模型;采用游泳训练方式对其进行干预,观察、比较各组大鼠情感行为、血脂水平、血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)和IL-6浓度,以及CAS斑块发生率和冠状动脉(CA)狭窄程度的变化。结果①与CAS模型组比较,游泳干预组穿格次数、直立次数及修饰次数明显减少(P<0.05),接近正常对照组(P>0.05)。②游泳干预组血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和ox-LDL水平明显低于CAS模型组(P<0.05),但略高于正常对照组(P>0.05);而血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)则高于CAS模型组(P<0.05)。③与CAS模型组比较,游泳干预组血清中IL-1β、IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.05)。④游泳干预组CAS斑块发生率、CA狭窄程度分别明显低于CAS模型组(P<0.01),但高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论游泳运动干预对冠状动脉粥样硬化老年大鼠有一定的防治作用。[Objective] To investigate the effects of swimming intervention on aged rats with coronary atherosclerosis (CAS). [ Methods] Eighty four heahhy SD rats of 12 months old were selected and randomly divided into nor real control group, CAS model group and swimming intervention group, with 28 rats in each. The CAS animal models were established by feeding high cholesterol diet; swimming training method was adopted for intervention. The variations of emotional behavior, blood lipid levels, serum ox- LDL, IL-1β and IL-6 concentrations, and incidence of CAS plaque and extent of CA stenosis of rats in each group were observed and compared. [ Results ] (Compared with the CAS model group, times of crossing grids, times of rearing and modification of rats in swimming intervention group were significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ) and close to those of normal control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). SerumTC, TG, LDL-C and ox-LDL levels of rats in swimming intervention group were significantly lower than those of the rats in CAS model group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but slightly higher than the normal control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Serum HDL-C levels of rats in swim- ming intervention group were significantly higher than those of the rats in CAS model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum IL-113, 1L-6 lev- els in the swimming intervention group were significantly lower than those in the CAS model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Incidence of CAS plaque and the extent of CA stenosis in swimming intervention group were significantly lower than those in CAS model group (P 〈 0.01 ), but higher than those in the normal control group (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] Swimming intervention has a preventive effect on coronary atherosclerosis of aged rats.
