眼氨肽注射液中砷锑铅镉的ICP-MS同时测定法

摘　　要：目的建立眼氨肽注射液中砷、锑、铅、镉的测定方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP—MS）对眼氨肽注射液中砷、锑、铅、镉进行同时测定。结果砷、锑、铅浓度在1～20ng／ml，镉浓度在0．5—10ng／ml范围内线型良好（铅r=1．0000；砷r=0．9999；镉r=0．9996；锑r=0．9995）；平均回收率为砷100．28％，锑99。59％，铅99．02％，镉99．62％；精密度（RSD）：铅为1．12％，砷为0．88％，镉为0．97％，锑为1．20％。结论该方法准确可靠，能够对4种元素进行同时测定，灵敏度高，重现性好。[ Objective] To establish a method for determination of arsenic, antimony, lead and cadmium in eye aminopeptidase in jection. [ Methods] Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ ICPMS）was adopted to simultaneously detect arsenic, antimo ny, lead and cadmium in eye aminopeptidase injection. [ Results] Good linearship was shown with arsenic, antimony, lead concen tration in 1 20 ng / ml and cadmium concentrations in 0.5 - 10 ng / ml （ lead r = 1. 000 0 ; arsenic r = 0. 999 9 ; cadmium r = 0. 999 6 ; antimony r = 0.999 5 ）. The recoveries of arsenic, antimony, lead and cadmium were 100.28% , 99.59%, 99.02% and 99.62%, and the RSD was I. 12%, 0.88%, 0.97%, 1.20%, respectively. [Conclusion]The method is accurate and relia ble, capable of simultaneously detecting 4 elements, with high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
