深圳市某涉外酒店集中空调通风系统运行期间卫生学评价

摘  要:目的调查深圳市某涉外酒店集中空调通风系统污染现状,为加强其卫生管理提供技术依据。方法根据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理办法》相关规定,对集中空调通风系统进行检测和评价。结果所抽取的公共场所集中空调通风系统新风量合格率为66.7%。送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)合格率为100.0%,细菌总数合格率为80.0%,真菌总数合格率为86.7%,β-溶血性链球菌合格率为100.0%。风管内表面积尘量合格率为100.0%,细菌总数合格率为100.0%,真菌总数合格率为53.3%,β-溶血性链球菌合格率为100%。冷却水与冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检测结果合格率为100.0%。结论该涉外酒店的集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染,应加强卫生管理。[ Objective] To investigate the sanitary status of centralized air ventilation system in a foreign-related hotel in Shenzhen City, provide the technical basis for strengthening the hygiene management. [ Methods ] According to the Hygienic supervision measures on centralized air ventilation system in public places, the centralized air ventilation system was detected and evaluated. [ Results] The qualification rate of PM10, total bacterial count, total fungi count and p-hemolytic streptococcus in sending outlet was 100.0% , 80.0% , 86.7% and 100.0% , respectively. The qualification rate of dust amount, total bacterial count, total fungi count and p-hemolytic streptococcus on surface of ventilation pipes was 100.0% , 100.0% , 53.3% and 100.0% , respectively. The qualification rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water and condensed water was 100.0%. [ Conclusion] There is a cer tain degree of contamination in the centralized air ventilation system of this foreign-related hotel, and the hygiene management should be strengthened.
