摘 要:为了预防并预测由于频繁飞行和轮班等职业特性导致的民航飞行员疲劳,选取当前有代表性的飞行员疲劳预测生物数学模型,根据是否以模型原型进行应用开发进行分类,将疲劳生物数学模型划分为理论型和应用型。介绍并对比分析了睡眠调节的双机制模式、警觉性三过程模型、机组疲劳评估系统、睡眠活动疲劳和任务效率模型、昼夜警觉性模型和疲劳动态评估模型的原理、主要构成要素、优缺点及适用性。研究分析结果表明生物数学疲劳模型在民航业未来的应用前景广阔,我国可以建立相关疲劳预测模型预防飞行员疲劳。充分合理地利用疲劳生物数学模型对于预测飞行员疲劳、减缓职业病发生、保障飞行安全有重要作用。In order to prevent and forecast pilot' s fatigue with special features such as frequent flying and shift, selecting the typical prediction fatigue biomathematieal models, based on whether using the prototype model as the basis for application development, the current representative pilots' fatigue biomathematical model can be divided into two categories: the theorytype and the application type. This paper describes and summaries the theory, the main components , advantages and disadvantages , and applicability of the twoprocess model of sleep regulation , the three process model of alertness, the system for aircrew fatigue evaluation, the sleep activity fatigue and task effectiveness model, the circadian alertness model and dynamic fatigue evaluation model. The results showed that fatigue biomathematical model can be accepted and applied widely in the civil aviation in the future, and it can be used in China. Reasonable using of mathematical models will play an important role in assessing fatigue, reducing occupational disease and ensuring flight safety.
