摘　　要：摘要：风险管理是社会组织或者个人用以降低风险的消极结果的决策过程．通过风险识别、风险估测、风险评价．并在此基础上选择与优化组合各种风险管理技术，对风险实施有效控制和妥善处理风险所致损失的后果．从而以最小的成本收获最大的安全保障。本文总结整理了该类项目电梯安装工程风险管理实施过程中的各项内容，分别从风险规划．风险识别．风险评估与评价．风险控制和风险监控等方面进行研究和阐述。Risk Management is a decision process made by social organizations or individuals to reduce the negative outcomes of risk. It can be achieved through risk identification, risk estimation and risk evaluation. On this basis we can select and optimize various risk management techniques. Then we can control the loss of risk effectively at the minimize cost, This article summarized some key points of the risk management for the elevator installation project. It includes risk planning, risk identification, risk assessment and evaluation,risk control, risk monitoring and so on.
