性激素、Rho激酶水平与老年女性原发性高血压肾气亏虚证相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究性激素平衡紊乱及Rho激酶水平的变化与老年女性原发性高血压肾气亏虚证发病的相关性。方法:根据高血压诊断与分级标准、中医辨证标准选择老年女性原发性高血压肾气亏虚证患者和健康老年女性各30例,应用化学发光法检测受试者血清中雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)的水平、T/E2比值,应用酶联免疫法检测受试者血清Rho激酶(Rho-kinase)的水平。结果:两组E2、T/E2比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);两组FSH、Rho激酶水平比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:血清E2含量的下降、血清FSH及Rho激酶含量的上升可能与女性老年人原发性高血压肾气亏虚证的发生有关。Objective：To study the correlation between sex hormones,Rho-kinase and kidney deficiency syn- drome in elderly female essential hypertension. Method：According to hypertension diagnosis and grading cri- teria,selection criteria,30 elderly woman with kidney deficiency syndrome patients with essential hypertension and 30 healthy older women,were detected by chemiluminescence subjects serum estradiol （E2）,testosterone （T）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）,luteinizing hormone （LH） levels, the value of T/E2, the application of serum enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay subjects Rho kinase（Rho-kinase） levels. Results：The two groups E2,T/E2 there are a very significant statistical difference（P〈0.01）. Two groups FSH,Rho there are sig- nificant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The decline in serum estradiol levels,serum follicle stimulating hor- mone,rising levels of Rho kinase in older women may indicate the occurrence of essential hypertension with kidney deficiency syndrome.
