研究冷轧带材三维变形的流线条元法

摘　　要：提出一种新型条元法──流线条元法，按照金属的流动迹线将变形区划分为若干流线条元，并将其映射为矩形条元；构造了金属横向位移纵向分布的新模式──四次加三次曲线分布。进行变形区三维变形与应力分析。关于1 850mmCVC冷带轧机轧制铝合金带前张力横向分布的计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。本方法的计算结果稳定，收敛性好。A new strip element method－streamline strip element method is put forward.The deformation zone is divided into some streamline s trip elements based on the flow locus of metals.And then the streamlin e strip elements are mapped to rectangular strip elements.A new patter n with biquadratic and cubic curvilinear style is constituted for long itudinal distribution of metals' lateral displacement.The 3-dimensiona l force and deformation are analyzed in the deformation zone. The comp uted results of the transverse distributions of front tension stresses coincide well with the experimental results of aluminium alloy sheet rolled down by 1 850mm CVC cold-strip steel rolling mill.
