基于邻体聚类法的我国东方白鹳分布区重要性评估

摘　　要：为了掌握我国境内东方白鹳的分布区概况，综合2002～2010年的实地考察数据和2000～2010年的历史数据，采用邻体聚类法对我国境内东方白鹳的39个分布区的重要性进行了评估。结果表明，我国境内的东方白鹤92．31％的分布区得到了保护，均建立了不同级别的保护区；分布区呈现出优先关注和重点保护的2级保护体系。为了有效提高保护，部分分布区域需要建立跨国界保护区、部分分布区域需要升级为国家级自然保护区、部分分布区域需要建立自然保护区。For grasping the dynamic of distribution zone of Ciconia boyciana in China, importance evaluation on 39 distribution zones of Cico- nia boyciana in China were analyzed by neighbor duster method and GIS office software based on these data of wild investigation and paper published. The results showed that 92.00% of distribution zones were nature reserve, and these distribution zones included two level protec- tion system namely urgent attention zone and key protected zone. Further analysis showed that establishment of across national borders reserve, reserve promotion and establishment of reserve should be the main work plan of conservation and management for oriental white stork.
