摘  要:目的:比较小青龙汤分煎液与合煎液中甘草酸单铵盐的含量。方法:以甲醇—0.2 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67:33:1)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为25℃,分析小青龙汤合煎液与分煎液中甘草酸单铵盐的含量。结果:小青龙汤中甘草酸单铵盐平均回收率为96.31%,RSD为0.26%,结论:小青龙汤的分煎液与合煎液汤剂中的甘草酸单铵盐含量分煎液大于合煎液,为小青龙汤的中药分煎液替代合煎液提供了一定的科学依据。Objective: To compare the content of mono-ammonium glycyrrhizinate between the combined decoction and the separated decoction of Xiao Qing Long decoction. Method: Methanol - 0.2mol / L ammonium acetate - acetic acid (67 : 33 : 1 ) as mobile phase. The flow rate was lml/min, and the detection wavelength was 250nm, the column temperature was 25℃, Analysis of Xiao Qing Long Tang decoction liquid and subdecoction of licorice acid monoammonium salt content. Results: Xiao Qing Long Tang in glycyrrhizic acid Monoammonium average recovery was 96.31%, RSD 0.26%. Conclusion: Comparing with that of the combined decoction's, the content of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate in the separated decoction was higher and it provided certain scientific foundation to the replacement of the separated decoction to the combined one.
