摘　　要：根据兵团分布式空间数据中心现状,如何对数据服务进行有效接入和安全认证成为兵团空间信息平台急需解决的问题之一。将OGC规范及语义WEB技术相结合,提出语义描述的用户角色地理本体,采用基于语义的授权控制方法将属性访问控制以服务接口的形式提供接入认证,可方便跨域信息共享和简化策略管理,解决了分布式空间数据共享认证问题,并在兵团空间信息平台中投入使用,取得了理想效果。According to the status of corps distributed spatial data center, how to effectively access to data services and se- cure sharing becomes one of the urgent problems for corps geo - spatial data resources sharing. The paper integrates the OGC specifications with Semantic WEB, It proposes the semantic description of user role geo - ontology. The authorization control method based on semantic attribute access control in the form of service interface provides access to the certification. It achieves access authentication of users to access services, In order to facilitate cross - border information sharing, it sim- plifies policy management. The program in the Corps puts to use spatial information platform to achieve the desired effect.
